ToneLatch Refund Policy

ToneLatch is sold with a free trial and a 14-day refund window. This page describes the launch refund policy for perpetual version 1 purchases.

1. Refund window

ToneLatch purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

2. Why the refund window is short

ToneLatch includes a 25-pair free trial so you can test your own files, workflow, and viewing setup before buying. The refund window is intended as a backstop for legitimate purchase mistakes or compatibility issues that were not clear during the trial.

3. How to request a refund

Contact support at support@logic-and-light.com and include the purchase email address and any order reference you received at checkout. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record.

4. Activation resets are not refunds

If you replace your Mac or lose access to the old one, contact support for an activation reset. That situation does not require a refund request.
